Managing partner Danny Hale began his career climb in 1985 working with his father in the construction business; then successfully migrated to full-scale, multifaceted development projects. Uniquely qualified as a real estate broker, master auctioneer and licensed general contractor, Hale has received numerous industry accolades and awards for the purchase, sale and development of thousands of properties.
Randy Hoffman's contributions to the partnership and to HALO's market leadership are equally as impressive. With over 15 years of extensive experience into every aspect of real estate development - including site selection, land acquisition and infrastructure construction - Hoffman ensures, with an engineer’s precision, that the management of every detail of a HALO project is unmatched from concept to completion.
In tandem with a staff of knowledgeable, motivated professionals, Hale and Hoffman are continually advancing HALO Properties' highly-regarded reputation as one of the most successful development companies in Middle Tennessee. The company recently unveiled its corporate headquarters in the newly-remodeled House Of Cash Building in Hendersonville Tennessee, which HALO purchased from the estate of legendary entertainers Johnny and June Carter-Cash.
